Fairly common interview with multiple attorneys, but it was unique in that we were all in the same room at the same time. No heavy pressure, and they treated me with respect for my experience. No "gotcha" questions, just genuine interest in my background and where I might fit in best.

What kind of work do think you're most well suited for?
Lots of situational judgement questions. Only asked briefly about firm and career motivation. Two interview stages, first with an associate, second with a partner. Questions were very similar in both interviews

It was professional but also felt a little processional, it was hit the ground running with alot of questions asked off the bat and concluded once it was done .
