Thé interview process was average, relevant questions were asked regarding your experience and qualifications, as well as your awareness of the job and future career prospects. They were relatively straight forward questions to answer.
Started off with a Chinese written test on a not law-related question , then followed by a CV-based interview. Interviewers are nice and friendly. More like a casual chat than a serious interview.
The interview process had a video interview, assessment day and final interview. Everyone was friendly and the questions were reasonable. The assessment centre was challenging but not too hard. Kennedys seemed to have very good culture and values.
