There were 2 rounds of interviews, the first was a written bilingual written test followed by a face-to-face interview with 2 partners and the second was a presentation followed by a face-to-face interview with 2 other senior partners.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kennedys (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2025
Interview
Process starts with application then an online test. If you get through that stage there is an automated video interview. After that stage, an assessment centre and teams interview with a senior associate.
I completed the online form, followed by a situational judgement test, Then I was invited to a pre-recorded video interview for which I had 1.5mins to answer questions. The process was a bit slow as they have too many people applying hence too many applications to sift through.
