Keller Williams interview questions

I was brought in for an initial interview with the hiring manager (Keller Williams Austin). It was THREE HOURS LONG, and largely consisted of her going over the company, its goals, the team - she was drawing diagrams of staff and projects on a white board. I was asked very few questions about myself. For an initial interview and for the role of administrative assistant, this seemed gratuitous and excessive. I also never heard back from them at all, which was very frustrating with the time commitment. I did not feel that my time was respected.

It was more of a discussion. Respectful, professional and positive environment. Skills-based questions. Knowledge of the market is seen as positive but previous experience is not a must. They cared about knowing the interviewee, rather than interrogating him. They were honest and informative when it came to answering the questions you asked them
