Interview

Interview
A fellow intern interviewed me. Was very easy and welcoming. They told me about the program and about themselves. They asked about what I was interested in or if there were any other areas I was interested in.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Austin, TX) in Sep 2020
Interview
The process was long and arduous. In total, I had six individual interviews- phone screen with the recruiter, initial screening with the hiring manager, a personality test, an interview reviewing the personality test, a thought process interview, a life story/motivation interview, and a final panel interview with the team. The hiring manager was great and I really enjoyed the actual interviews, but the entire process was taxing. There were 2 weeks on average between each interview with a lot of time spent waiting to hear something back. A lot of emphasis was placed on finding the right personality fit but I was ultimately told they were looking for someone with more experience.
