I applied online. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Austin, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
KWRI prides itself on its very lengthy interview process known as the KPA. Candidates complete a timed assessment (make sure you have your iPhone out to track your progress), followed by an interview with the hiring manager to review your answers one by one and an interview with the entire team. Then, the company calls all of your references and ask each of those references to provide more references. It's a laborious process designed to find the perfect fit for the role and company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions in large part flow from your survey answers, which you either validate or disagree with, and provide reasons why.
Long interview with many steps in the process, but overall positive experience. You get to know the interviewer well, which is helpful in determining if you would like working with that person. There are also group interviews, which tend to lack structure.
