Some data structures and algorithm questions. Some general culture questions, and behavioral to see whether you are a good culture fit. Some code questions related to the front end, the backend, database design, API layer and mobile applications.
The process is just for the broker to gauge if you're a right fit for the office or not. This process is different because you are interviewing the office more than they are interviewing you.
Anyone can get hired. great money if you can keep consistent clients otherwise not worth it. Certificate is easy training is more extensive. Definitely have to get out of your comfort zone.
