Keller Williams interview questions

I was called in to interview for an inside sales position. The interview consisted of asking me to essentially review my entire life and jobs. This process was stretched over three meetings. While many of the questions were relevant, it took a month to complete the process. I would not go through that again for a job that paid very little money!

It was fast, concise and to the point. The interviewer was professional, albeit not fully clear about critical details. The issue is being a real estate broker became harder and harder every day. That caused an artificial inflation of people getting into the profession. Keller Williams is a leading company in the sector but is not far from these defects.
