I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Keller Williams
Interview
The interview process was fantastic. The Director of First Impressions was kind and courteous. She made me feel comfortable and explained the commission structure very well. In addition, she introduced me to other agents who welcomed me to the team!
I applied online. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Solon, OH) in May 2022
Interview
What a terrible process. Applied through indeed, and had a phone interview a few days later. Was invited to do the KPA assessment which is a 45 minute personality test. It’s not hard, just tedious and time consuming. Went into the market center aka the office a few days later to go over the results of that test. That took 1.5 hours. A lot of “tell me about a time” questions. It’s been almost 3 weeks, and I have not heard anything back. I emailed about a status update but nothing but crickets. I sincerely hate this company and would not consider using them as a real estate agent in the future.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a co-worker
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
