3 part interview including personality test. Basically kw version of Meyer Briggs. Also a very bizarrely personal "life goals" interview. It felt excessive given the director of first impression is a fancy name for receptionist that's overworked with additional job duties.

Easy good people to talk to throughout the process. Explained everything in an easy way to understand. Only a commission job so you should be aware of that at the least bit.
