As a new agent it is tough to get jump started in a real estate career. As soon as you sign on with KW you will receive emails from representatives and team leaders to help direct you.

It was quite an easy process in the interview stage as the HR staff communicated to me exactly what was needed and what to expect. I submitted my application and got an interview in less than a week. Prior to the meeting, I recommend searching up the history of KW and what makes it different than any other brokerage.
