Keller Williams interview questions

One of the more unique interview experiences I've had. Obviously, the process will vary depending on the hiring manager. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly rushed and unorganized. The second interview involved the hiring manager scrutinizing the outcomes of my personality test, question by question, which is apparently required of all applicants. Be prepared to speak more to your personality rather than the actual skills required for the position.
