Had a phone conversation with a recruiter about the job role, followed by a Zoom interview with HR team and Communications Manager. The interviewers were welcoming and easy to talk to, while still maintaining a professional atmosphere.
There was a short 30 minute zoom call where general questions were asked to get to know you. They also spoke a lot about the company and all that they can offer to help new agents getting started.
The process was somewhat easy and it took about two weeks to receive an offer. I interviewed with two different people and the offer came about four days later after the second interview.
