I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams in Nov 2015
Interview
Thorough interview process. 20 minute phonescreen, was invited to take an assessment (DISC), was invited in to interview in person, took another assessment (AVA), invited back to interview in person and went over AVA. (Really impressive assessments, no right or wrong answers, just gives them an idea on how to manage you) Gave approximately 12 references. Was given an offer within a two week time period.
