Question 1
How long did it take for you to get your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Licenses?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Louisville, KY) in Jun 2013
Interview
Prior to the actual interview they asked me to take a very detailed personality assessment to make sure I was a good fit for the overall profession. It was very informal and laid back. The interview was more of an information sharing session. They wanted to make sure my expectations were realistic. We discussed client services and expectations. Also, they wanted to know that I had a niche and business plan. They reviewed the structure of their company and gave me a lot of information to get started.

Question 1
What is your niche? What will make you successful?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Centerville, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
i had many interviews and it took months to decide to join. The interview was about learning about each other to see if it was a good fit. Not stressful just mutually inquisitive. It was in the office and it was easy to see the culture they had developed there and how friendly is was. The follow up was great after the first interview and I was welcomed to come back for any meetings, training or to speak with any agents to be sure I would be happy there before making the commitment. They made me feel as an interview should- that we are both trying to be sure this will work out. I enjoyed the interview and the information provided to me.
