Introduced to the Broker in Charge and had an hour long conversation about the company and myself. Was really about more of self discovery to see if this is was a good fit for me and Keller Williams. We spoke a lot about Keller Williams and the history of the company. Talked about the training offered and what it would take to be successful in this industry.

Interview
They sought me out and flew me to Texas to meet owner Gary Keller. They needed experienced agents to fill their staff. As a consultant and trainer I decided that a move would be in my best interest. However there local management in Orlando was not something I was willing to sacrifice for my clients.

Interview
They will ask about your background and experience to determine if you're able to train quickly and create marketing presentations on word, excel, and powe rpoint. They also want to make sure you have transportation to and from work. Some agents don't want their assistants to pursue a career in real estate and some do, so they will ask about where do you see yourself in five years.
