I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Palo Alto, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The most unique interview I have ever been party to. While I had an entire presentation prepared, few questions were ever asked of me. Instead, it was almost entirely about them, what they want, etc. I was never asked introductory, fundamental questions which build repoire and set the table for business-focused discussions. Heavily one-sided.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Manhasset, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Very friendly. Told me all about the company. The data was described in a very detailed informational discussion of the culture of Keller Williams. I was asked how I would handle certain situations. I asked questions about the position. They answered all my questions. They are very persuasive.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Keller Williams in Mar 2017
Interview
I had a brief 20-30 minute phone interview soon after submitting my application. Then I was asked to take an online personality test. I had two in-person interviews following that. With the in-person interviews, I was interviewed by the same 2 people both times. They asked some basic questions, but it wasn't super structured. They asked questions as they came to them, instead of just reading questions off of a list. I really appreciated their interview style.
