Keller Williams interview questions

Being in real estate its not really a job interview and more of a "does KW fit your needs as a broker and do you fit our needs as an agent" which I guess is sort of an interview in a sense. Either way its a very easy process, especially if you already have a sponsor.

There were a total of four interviews before I was hired. They also ask for a lot of references more than the typical amount. Make sure your resume is perfect!
