I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Hoboken, NJ) in Jan 2015
Interview
You take the KPA - Keller Personality Assessment and then they will hire basically anyone who is interested. They are a very enthusiastic bunch and they will make it seem as if you can do it. However, many realtors fail to succeed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Austin, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
40 min initial phone interview where the hiring manager asked what I liked and didn't like about each position held on my resumé. 35 min online at-home assessment designed particularly for KW. Onsite interview in which the hiring manager asked me if I agreed or disagree and why to every assessment result of which there was more than twenty. This process was extremely tedious as base in my educational background I questioned the scientific credibility of their assessment. The hiring manager was late to my interview and in a hurry. She also made me feel extremely uncomfortable with what was inappropriate probing in my opinion. I subsequently didn't pursue employment at KW subsequently.

Question 1
What did you like about your previous boss? What did you not like? (Repeated for every boss I've had in my career.
I was first asked to come into the office for a group interview. Here, I got to know some of the team members, and they told me about their team dynamic, how they operate, and their goals. Then several weeks later, I had a phone interview. In this interview, the focus changed from the company to me, and they began asking about my experience and what I could contribute.
