I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Spokane, WA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I submitted a resume, they contacted me via email and asked me to respond if I was interested, I did, then they invited me to take an online skills test. After the test, I was informed interviews would start in a week. Three weeks later they called and scheduled a phone interview. A week later I was invited to an in-person interview that lasted 2 hours, during which I was shown my test results (very high) and led to believe I was at least in the final round. Never heard from them again.
