Through interview of both myself and the opportunity to interview the company. I was given detailed information regarding training, agent support, technology and continuing education offered as well as fees and commissions splits. After the interview process I had a great understanding of the culture and benefits KW had to offer.

The interview was taken place last week and job required office work and shadowing a real state agent. Total commission. They wanted me to take notes. Make cold phone calls. Was offering real estate license by giving exam. It was part time
