Keller Williams interview questions

Phone interview with the recruiter and hiring manager, including a personality assessment test. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager who didn't really seem to have a lot going on in the social skills department or much interest in talking to/interviewing people. The assessment results were reasonable and accurate in a very rough sense, but I felt that either the process is a bit emotionless by design or the interviewer just wasn't very friendly... it was a bit strange. I decided not to pursue afterwards as it seemed too corporate for my taste.
