I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Austin, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
Phone interview with the recruiter and hiring manager, including a personality assessment test.
After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager who didn't really seem to have a lot going on in the social skills department or much interest in talking to/interviewing people.
The assessment results were reasonable and accurate in a very rough sense, but I felt that either the process is a bit emotionless by design or the interviewer just wasn't very friendly... it was a bit strange.
I decided not to pursue afterwards as it seemed too corporate for my taste.

Interview
pretty straight forward and casusal. Talked about why Keller williams is a great brokerage to work for and how they will help me to achieve my goals. They also asked my previous work experience and what my business goals are.

Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. After the first round, I was asked to take a personality test, and then when I came back in to review it, it took two hours. This all seemed to be a good process but a bit excessive for a job you could probably make the same money at in any cashier job. I was highly qualified for the position, but I must have missed out on having those inner connections that someone else did. The most disappointing aspect was how lengthy the process was and the amount of time wasted.
