It was a bait and switch! The ad I answered was for a showing assistant. But when I came in to interview, there was no such job available. So they talked me into hiring on as an independent agent.
Keller Williams was a very easy interview for me. They like to hire good people with integrity, standards, and values that match their own company standards. It was a breeze.

Realtors are independent contractors, there was no interview. However, I was able to meet with senior leadership to make sure that the brokerage was a good fit. They went over compensation and requirements.

Honestly, I didn’t have one. They did not interive people to become agents and I think they should have. I believe they’ve changed this now though and it’s a pretty thorough several step process.
