They offered a lot as a company to build new agents, lots of training opportunities, career building opportunities, coaching and shadowing opportunities, great foundation building, materials and knowledge to grow as an individual agent and as a company, they make you feel like they actually care about your success and future.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
