I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams
Interview
The introduction process consisted of meeting with the manager broker after being introduced to the company by a friend. I had always loved homes and had a strong background in sales.
The managing broker explained to me how the comissions were distributed, and made sure I had a clear understanding of what to expect.
This was all prior to obtaining my broker's license, as I wanted a clear vision of what to expect before investing the neccessary time and money to obtain the licensing.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Estambul) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was fast, concise and to the point. The interviewer was professional, albeit not fully clear about critical details. The issue is being a real estate broker became harder and harder every day. That caused an artificial inflation of people getting into the profession. Keller Williams is a leading company in the sector but is not far from these defects.
It was simple...I basically asked them questions ....viewed the office...met other agents that's currently there at the time ..and was explained what the slits would be if I joined them
