I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kapsch (Pleasanton, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Interview was fairly easy and chill but I was feeling they do not really care much about the interview. Towards the end they cut the interview because of a meeting.
Their facility and computers were very very old and rusty. Their engineers were talking about how facebook and google are worthless which it was kinda weird.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The technical question was to design a parking checkout system, very straightforward and simple.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kapsch (Madrid) in Sep 2024
Interview
First of all, the first round of communication was through emails. They asked a few technical questions, whether I had used it before, and described my experience with it. They also asked about salary expectations and whether the company needed to sponsor a work visa, because this position was an international position. For international positions, they also asked about my English level.
Interviewed for a software developer position. Started with a brief HR interview, followed by an interview with a team lead, followed by technical a interview. Quick process, didn't take much time between phases.
Interview is very good. It is not very difficult they asked so many questions.all are very good. And the process is very smooth. Everything is fine. I like they way they ask the question.
