Initially applied online, for a role with TNS as business development strategist. They have been renamed Kantar world panel after a buyout. Had phone interview 2 days later, asking general questions on marketing industry, a few questions asked about my opinion of good examples of existing branding and advertising strategy. Assessment centre 4 days later, tested through SHL aptitude assessments (checking test, fastrak, numerical reasoning). Also required to give powerpoint presentation on marketing situation of certain brands. Finally required to lead role play exercise as part of a key focus group.
