Depends up on the process/department they hire. Starts with written test followed by technical and managerial round and finally a HR round for selecting a candidate

Analytical skill set, will be given a report to understand and interpret the report based on the findings. Also the logical ability of candidate
There is only 1 round of interview. And they basically ask questions related to check your aptitude, past yr experience/project, excel and MR concepts. The interview is quite easy as compared to other companies.

Firstly we got a link for aptitude test and then selected student got link for case study round, after clearing a case study we had our group discussion and personal interview followed by hr interview round.
