Need to know how to work with data and cite an experience in school or internship where you used data. Social and outgoing personality will help. They recruit from east coast ivy and liberal arts schools mostly it seems.

Really appreciated how casual and interactive the interview process was — it encouraged open dialogue and made it easy to showcase my real experiences instead of rehearsed answers. Great example of how interviews can be both professional and human.

Managed well and organised by HR, assessment day was insightful. Interviews were nice and questions weren’t too difficult but lots of follow up. Overall, don’t think it would an inconvenience to apply.
