Two phone interviews with hiring manager and in person interview. The in person interview includes more people from the department you will be working in. I received a phone call with an offer approximately 1 week after the interview.

Basic Problem-solving questions. How many hours I am available to work? What makes me a good candidate for the job? The process includes a written application and then an interview.
