It was standard behavioral questions. Went through several rounds to meet with everyone in the office. The interview also includes lunch with a staff member. The university paid for the hotel and flight.

Question 1
How do you handle multitasking?
Are you used to the mid-west small town vibe?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kansas State University (Manhattan, KS)
Interview
I sent an email containing my resume, cover letter, and references to HR. I was then contacted via email to set up a time for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was emailed to set up a time for an in-person interview and walk-through. Approximately two weeks later, I received a phone call offering me the job contingent on a clear background check. I completed the necessary documents via email. The whole process from applying to starting work took about 2 months. Although the process is now different, everything is on the internet. No need to email an HR individual with everything, just apply and upload documents on the website.
