KWS Group interview questions

With a good and relevant cv (university education in the subject, previous experience in the subject and developed skills) I just got interviewed by their external recruiter and was NOT given the chance to even have a first talk with the hiring manager. External recruiter told me it was an internal decision (HR) not to invite me for the first interview. I found this quite biased, because I am a sort of re-insertion candidate (after a couple of years career gap). They were even challenging me whereas I was really available to conmute for work. I clearly established that for a professional level job, like the one I applied, I am absolutely available to conmute for up to 1 hour. I wrote to them an email to please reconsider and give me a chance for an interview; but KWS NL just closed me their doors. Later they complain they can’t find employees!….

Interviewers were very kind and made the entire process feel comfortable. Not very long - it only lasted 30 mins and they asked the normal interview questions like "Tell me about yourself" etc.
