Interview
The first interview was with HR. Quite standard and normal . The 2nd was with two departaments manager. I didn't feel a nice atmosphere. The question were for me complicated and from area I had no really previous experience, so was hard for me to guess the correct answer. They also checked my language skills. Besides I don't speak good German and I didn't aply for german speaking position the conversation in German was not very frendly.

Question 1
They asked about some details from my past experience, asked me to describe some project I took part some years ago. Asked me about some details SAP operation. Ask about processes in order management.
There were standard questions in the interview, I talked about myself, my experience and the recruiter asked, why I wanted to work there, were I see myself in two years among other standar questions . It was the first interview with a recruiter and lasted around 30 minutes.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KWS Group (Berlín) in May 2020
Interview
The first interview was by phone with HR. Just generic questions to get to know you a little bit more, it lasted for 20 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t pass to the next round, so that was my experience.
