KWS Group Graduate Program interview questions

I applied online. I received an email to pick the interview date. Interview was a short telephonic interview and was based on general HR questions. At the end of the interview I was told that they would call back towards the end of the week. Unfortunately, no call ever came and no response was received when I contacted them in the two weeks that followed.

3 different forms of interview/assessment. 30 minute phone interview, then video "interview" where you film yourself answering 5 consequtive question. Then final assessment center together with a group of other candidates and 8 assessors. The process could be more streamlined in the future, but it was enjoyable nonetheless.
