KWS Group Associate interview questions

I applied online. The next day, I was asked for a phone interview. Then the recruiter called me at a random date before the interview day. I was not available and reminded them that we agreed on another day. I did not receive a call on the agreed interview time. The recruiter send me a mail after 3 hours saying sorry and asked for scheduling another phone interview. I said yes and they did not call on the agreed time, again! 6 hours later, I received an automated rejection mail. Their recruitment process looks like a mess.
