KPMG Manager interview questions

The recruiter pitch the new role and see if it's of interest. The first interview was via a phone for a quick assessment of skill and interest of moving to their company. The 2nd interview is more technical / skill testing followed by a HR general questionning. Overall the whole session takes around 4 hours in total.

1st round - recruiter 2nd round - case study and skills (2 people for each round; lasted 2 hours) 3rd - partner round Tested skills of how one deals with ambiguity, how quick one is with numbers (case study), motivation to join the firm and the particular practice. Sometimes quite blunt and aggressive mode of questioning. Too long a process - several months perhaps due to market conditions last year. Very different from usual interview style in other consulting firms. What is said here shoulnt be considered to apply to all advisory practices within the firm. This was a little unique to say the least!
