There are few steps. Firstly, phone interview with the HR then online assessments with many questions such as mathematics, iq test and psychological test. If you ace both steps, they will contact you for interview session with manager/partner of the department

What is the impact of Covid-19 to Accounting and Auditing?
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
