Interview
Aptitude test basically consist of questions from accouting and auditing. It also includes English grammer and email writing rounds. Group Discussion usually they have given a topic to the team consist of 10 each and each one get a chance to speak up and present a view on that topic, HR Interview
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
