Interview
Individual interview is with 2 managers, sometimes 1. If group interview, they will put u in a group of 4-5 pax. There will be a case study, they provide u with something to read and as a group, yall have to discuss and brainstorm ideas, suggestions, thoughts. Then the interviewers will ask questions and yall will need to fight to speak. They will take note on who can't be able to speak out. Those outgoing ones will love this. Introverts like me will not.

They will ask things like tell me abt yourself, why audit, why kpmg, where do u see yourself in 5 years. Depends on interviewer, some will ask you technical questions like double entries. Mine they ask abt doubtful debts
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
