I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
A brief video call with one of the KPMG manager. Typical interview questions to find out more about you and a technical question regarding accounting. However, this technical question was not standardised across various interviews and not everyone was asked a technical question. Thus, the interview experiences and the benchmark to choose candidates were unfair to start with.
I feel that KPMG was quite unprofessional in that they did not send out any rejection emails or eventually get back to candidates regarding the outcome to at least inform.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
