Application form online. Then 2 interviews. One with an Associate Director or Director and the other with the function partner.
The online application was a bit tedious asking for all your leaving cert results and college results. You do need a min of 450 pts to get in and better to have 500+ or have a masters in accounting

Question 1
The most difficult was why KPMG and then why accounting. They also put pressure on any areas of academia you haven't been great at.
It was a very straightforward interview. I enjoyed talking to everyone, and it looks like a really nice firm. I would like to accept the offer, but I need to give it some thought.
Telefoninterview über Teams - mit Partner und Manager. Zuerst Personal Fit, CV präsentieren, dann fachliche Fragen im Bankensektor (z.B. beobachtete Trends). Am Ende ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und sonstige Themen. Rückmeldung kam telefonisch nach 2 Wochen.

Welche Trends beobachtest du aktuell in der Finanzbranche?
Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
