Interview
I had an on-campus interview with the senior hiring manager for the Carolinas after meeting with a number of interviewers and associates for different pre-interview questions. I had a great connection with the interviewer and got another second phone interview request before being ghosted and eventually told I did not get the position.

Question 1
The questions were more of a relaxed interview style where the interviewer is attempting to get to know the applicant better. There were a few behavioral questions but not to the degree behavioral interviews are. The whole interview was rather laid back and easy.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
