Interview
First is phone interview, after that you will get into group interview of 4 to 5 people in a group to present a case study, the final round is the individual interview with 2 audit managers. About 2 weeks you will get to know whether you got the offer or not.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
