2 interviews. The first one is all about you (your accomplishments) - Stand out! The 2nd one is a round of 3interviews (usually with one of the following: a partner, a senior manager, a manager or a senior associate). For the 2nd interview is all about consistency and giving substantial arguments that will make you stand out from the crowd.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
