Interview
Candidates are put into a conference room where all candidates can see and network with one another. A brief company history and achievements was presented. Candidates were divided into smaller groups which proceeded with a small case study followed by group presentation. Then, candidates take turns in writing an essay on a chosen topic and individual interviews.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
