Sehr angenehmes Gespräch. Keinerlei fachlichen Fragen sondern Wertlegung auf persönlicher Basis (Stärken, Hobbys, Persönlichkeit). Sehr sympathischer Partner, der das Gespräch souverän geführt hat. Die Recruiterin war auch sehr nett. Das Angebot kam gleich nach dem Bewerbungsgespräch bzw. zum Ende des Gesprächs wurde bereits ein Angebot ausgesprochen.

Was muss man in der Wirtschafsprüfung für Stärken mitbringen?
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
