Interview
Written application, online testing (gamification), video interview, partner interview. The video interview is pretty generic like other big 4, questions are all pretty similar - creativity, innovation etc. Partner interview is just testing personality, there are no questions that will throw you off, then a tour of the building. You get to meet other graduates who are in the program and ask them questions.

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.
