Interview
HR was completely unprofessional. Was booked for a super day where the interviewers never showed up. Eventually had three generic interviews from consultants outside of my subject matter expertise.
Eventually got an offer, but salary package was not in line. Waste of time. What is the point of HR?
Felt like I took a time machine 15 years ago.....

Question 1
No case study questions. Just general questions on past work experience. One fluffy question on improving revenue.
It was a very straightforward interview. I enjoyed talking to everyone, and it looks like a really nice firm. I would like to accept the offer, but I need to give it some thought.
Telefoninterview über Teams - mit Partner und Manager. Zuerst Personal Fit, CV präsentieren, dann fachliche Fragen im Bankensektor (z.B. beobachtete Trends). Am Ende ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und sonstige Themen. Rückmeldung kam telefonisch nach 2 Wochen.

Welche Trends beobachtest du aktuell in der Finanzbranche?
Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
