Very smooth and long process
If they feel you are fit to do their job they will hire you
Good communication skill is required
1 Aptitute consisting easy 30 questions
2 GD just speak it without fighting
3 Technical round - why this company, journal entries....
4 HR round - you are selected
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
