they asked me about the projects I had implemented.
in person psychometric assessment, followed with a group assessment and (2 to 3) panel interviews with the final interview being with the partner in-charge. general questions are based on common knowledge (also tied to field of study) - so no complex accountancy questions posed on an engineer with no accountancy knowledge/background
